HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept all the most secure payment methods currently available:

For the bank transfer, during the order process you will be prompted to enter the necessary parameters.

Make sure you send us a copy of the bank transfer so we can process your order as soon as possible.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES WHEN I BUY ONE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

For European countries: the price already includes 22% Italian VAT and there are no other taxes to apply, so you won’t be asked to pay more than the purchase price displayed on the website.

 

For Non-European Countries: the 22% Italian VAT will not be applied to the price, but it is probable that you will be asked to pay customs taxes on delivery of the package, which vary from country to country.

DO YOU HAVE PERIODS WHEN YOU APPLY DISCOUNTS OR HOLD SALES?

We never hold sales, but it may happen that we put a product on sale for a shorter or longer period of time if it is out of stock and not reproduced, or if changes are made in the next production run that make it impossible to compare the initial product with the next one.

 

Twice a year there is a short period dedicated to discounts, applied to specific products and only for our customers.

SHIPMENT

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated from the shopping cart depending on the location and the product purchased.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 hours for Europe and 72 to 96 hours for non-European areas. If you live in a remote area, this time may increase.

CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Yes, you will receive the DHL tracking number via e-mail in order to track your purchase.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED?

Yes.
Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 and subsequent amendments and additions, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products at the address provided during the purchase procedure. Shipping will be charged to the purchaser. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused. Once. the goods have been received, they will be checked and refunded.

 

All risks associated with the return shipment are borne by the Customer.

ARE CHANGES ACCEPTED?

Yes.

No later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Shipping will be charged to the purchaser. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused. Once the goods have been received, they will be checked and the product of your choice will be dispatched within 24/48 hours, subject to availability.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ACCESSORY OR GARMENT?

1. Please send an e-email to [email protected] specifying the reason for the return or exchange.

 

2. We will answer, specifying the address to which the package should be sent and other information.

 

3. We will contact you when your return has been received and checked.

LEATHER CARE

HOW CAN I CARE FOR THE LEATHER OF MY BAG?

To keep the leather soft, we recommend moisturising it with an oily cream (such as Nivea blue jar); rub the cream in gently with a cotton pad over the entire surface. Initially the skin may be a bit shiny, but this effect fades in a short time. The same cream can be used to remove scratches.

HOW CAN I CLEAN THE LEATHER OF MY BAG?

In the case of dirt on a part of the bag, we suggest using cleansing milk, gently massaging the surface with a cotton pad or disc.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE BAG GETS WET IN THE RAIN?

In the event of rain, dark spots will appear, but they will disappear as they dry.

CAN I WEAR THE BAG WITH DARK COLOURED CLOTHING?

Be careful when wearing dark blue jeans because denim tends to shed colour with contact and trousers can stain light coloured leather.

INFORMATION ON OUR PRODUCTS

WARRANTIES - WHICH KIND OF WARRANTY APPLIES TO THE BAG I HAVE PURCHASED?

The guarantee is unlimited, exclusively for problems concerning the construction, in particular the seams on the outside and the inside. The product is not guaranteed against stains caused by oil, coffee, inks, etc.

WHERE DO THE MATERIALS YOU USE COME FROM?

The materials we use for our production are Italian.

 

We buy the leather partly in Tuscany and partly in Veneto.

 

The fabrics we use are leftovers from the previous season of the big brands. This procedure guarantees high textile quality and an environmentally sustainable impact by not having to foster production of new fabrics.

WHERE ARE YOUR BAGS, KIMONOS AND SHOES PRODUCED?

All our products are designed in Tuscany.

 

More precisely:

 

Our BAGS are manufactured in Florence by two small family-run companies.

 

The KITO are cut and sewn in Foiano della Chiana, the town where we live, by a small company made up only of local women.

 

The SCARABELLI are melted, soldered and prepared by a small family-run goldsmith company in Pozzo della Chiana, the village where we live, and are enamelled in Arezzo, again by a small artisan company.
